This recipe outlines how to make ~4 full servings of my fantastic and super special Green Curry.

Whatcha need

Thai kitchen green curry jar

Bell pepper

Onion

Zucchini

Thai basil

Coconut milk

Protein of choice (tofu, chicken, pork)

Rice of choice

Optional: lime

Whatcha need to do

Start rice in rice cooker

Cook tofu to crisp up outside

2)

In a large pot sauté onion, bell pepper and zucchini in avocado/olive oil

3)

Add green curry paste when veggies start to become soft

4)

Stir in coconut milk

5)

Let simmer

Add in Thai basil. Add in tofu. Serve over rice, top with fresh squeezed lime
