2 28 ounce cans of jackfruit from T Joe’s (sprouts also has it but the cans are smaller and more expensive)

1/2 cup of your favorite salsa

1/4-1/2 cup sour cream (vegan or regular) for creaminess

1 tablespoon garlic powder or minced garlic

1 tablespoon cumin
●
1 tablespoon paprika
●
1 tablespoon onion powder
●
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook in crockpot on high for 1-2 hours
